The subtitle ZERO is used as a mark of a zero position of the planet that finds itself on the turning point between two ages and also as a label for the artistic system that bares the same name. The whole project, television as a business venture and its final product – TV broadcast, should be understood as an artwork composed of artists works, other peoples creative works, dreams and pictures, excerpts and notes deriving from the phenomena of the informatics age.
